Who Can Participate

1. Participants must be legal Florida residents who are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of Holler Classic Group, Holler Ford, (collectively, “Sponsor”), their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.

How the Promotion Works

3. This is a gift-with-purchase promotion. It is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, lottery, or drawing. No recipient is selected by chance, and there are no odds of winning. Every qualifying customer described below receives a gift of equal retail value.
4. The promotion runs from 9:00 a.m. EDT on Saturday, July 4, 2026, until 6:00 p.m. EDT on Saturday, July 4, 2026, or until all fifteen (15) gifts have been distributed, whichever occurs first.
5. To qualify, a customer must purchase a new Holler Ford vehicle, or lease a new Holler Ford vehicle, during the promotion period.
6. The first fifteen (15) qualifying customers to complete a purchase or lease during the promotion period will each receive one (1) free gift with a retail value of $300. Qualifying customers are determined solely by the order in which their purchase or lease is completed — not by chance. Gifts are limited to the first fifteen (15) qualifying customers, while supplies last.
7. Each of the first fifteen (15) qualifying customers will spin the prize wheel. The wheel is used solely to reveal which gift the customer receives; it does not determine whether a customer receives a gift. Every qualifying customer is guaranteed to receive one gift with a retail value of $300. A customer may exchange the gift revealed by the wheel for any other gift listed below of equal retail value, subject to availability. Because every qualifying customer receives a gift of equal value, no element of the gift is determined by chance.
8. Limit one (1) gift per customer and per household.

The Gifts

9. There are fifteen (15) gifts available in total, each with a retail value of $300. The available gifts are: Charbroil Performance Series Black and Silver 4-Burner Liquid Propane Gas Grill ($300), Insignia 55″ Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV ($300), YETI Tundra 45 Cooler 45 Quarts ($300), Wawa Gift Card ($300), and Publix Gift Card ($300).
10. Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be substituted for any other item by the recipient, except that a recipient may exchange a gift for another available gift of equal retail value as described above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater retail value for any reason. 11. Each gift recipient is solely responsible for all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes arising from the gift, based on the $300 retail value.

General Terms

12. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a gift constitutes permission to use the recipient’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for broadcast, online posting, and/or in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
13. Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, delay, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access relating to the promotion, or for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participation in the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion or any portion of it for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures affect the proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the promotion in the event of natural disasters or acts of God.
15. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any provision of these terms.
16. Any promotion of this offer on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those companies.
17. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR THE GIFTS PROVIDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida will be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these terms or the promotion, and by participating, participants submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms and to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, shareholders, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by participation in this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any gift, and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy located at https://www.hollerford.com/privacy.aspx.
