Purchase or lease of a qualifying vehicle is required. This is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, or drawing, and there is no free method of participation.

Who Can Participate

1. Participants must be legal Florida residents who are at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Employees of Holler Classic Group, Holler Ford, (collectively, “Sponsor”), their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, parents, siblings, grandparents, children, grandchildren and cohabiting significant others.

How the Promotion Works

3. This is a gift-with-purchase promotion. It is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, lottery, or drawing. No recipient is selected by chance, and there are no odds of winning. Every qualifying customer described below receives a gift, and every qualifying customer chooses which gift they receive.
4. Purchase is necessary. A qualifying purchase or lease is required to receive a gift. There is no free, alternate, or mail-in method of participation, and no gift is available without a qualifying purchase or lease.
5. The promotion runs from 9:00 a.m. EDT on Friday, September 4, 2026, until 6:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, September 7, 2026, or until all thirty-five (35) gifts have been distributed, whichever occurs first. Gifts are distributed only during Sponsor’s regular business hours on each day of the promotion period, which are posted at hollerford.com and may vary by day. Gifts are available while supplies last.
6. To qualify, a customer must complete the purchase or lease of a new Holler Ford vehicle during the promotion period. Used and certified pre-owned vehicles do not qualify. A purchase or lease is “completed” when all sale or lease documents have been signed by the customer and accepted by Sponsor.
7. The first thirty-five (35) qualifying customers to complete a purchase or lease during the promotion period will each receive one (1) free gift. Qualifying customers are determined solely by the order in which their purchase or lease is completed — not by chance. Gifts are limited to the first thirty-five (35) qualifying customers, while supplies last. Once all thirty-five (35) gifts have been distributed, no further gifts will be given, and no substitute, rain check, or cash equivalent will be offered.
8. Each of the first thirty-five (35) qualifying customers will spin the prize wheel. The wheel is used solely to suggest a gift; it does not determine whether a customer receives a gift, and it does not bind the customer to the gift it shows. Every qualifying customer is guaranteed to receive one (1) gift.
9. Customer choice. After spinning, a qualifying customer may accept the gift shown by the wheel or may instead select any other gift then remaining in Sponsor’s inventory, regardless of the gift’s retail value. Because every qualifying customer may freely choose from all gifts still available, no gift and no gift value is determined by chance. If the gift shown by the wheel is no longer in inventory, the customer selects from the gifts that remain.
10. Limit one (1) gift per customer and per household, regardless of the number of vehicles purchased or leased.
11. Gifts must be claimed same day. A gift must be claimed in person at Holler Ford, 1875 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL 32751, at the time the purchase or lease is completed. Gifts are not held, reserved, or made available for pickup on a later date. A gift not claimed at that time is forfeited. In the case of the window tint gift, the recipient receives the redemption certificate at that time and schedules installation separately as described below.

The Gifts

12. There are thirty-five (35) gifts available in total:
    1. Roku 50″ 4K UHD LED Smart TV — retail value $199.99 — ten (10) available
    2. Igloo Yukon 70 Qt. Cooler — retail value $189.99 — ten (10) available
    3. Wawa Gift Card — retail value $200.00 — four (4) available
    4. Publix Gift Card — retail value $200.00 — six (6) available
    5. Window tint installation, standard LLumar film — retail value $209.00 — five (5) available
    The approximate total retail value of all thirty-five (35) gifts is $6,944.80.
13. Window tint gift. The window tint gift covers installation of standard LLumar film on the side and rear windows of one (1) passenger vehicle owned by the recipient. It does not include windshield film, film removal, or removal of existing tint, and it does not cover any vehicle for which Sponsor’s installer determines the work falls outside standard installation; any additional work is at the recipient’s expense. Installation must be performed at Holler Ford, 1875 S Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL 32751, by appointment, and must be scheduled and completed on or before December 7, 2026. A certificate not redeemed by that date is forfeited. The window tint gift is non-transferable and has no cash value. Recipients are responsible for confirming that the film complies with Florida window tint law, section 316.2953, Florida Statutes, and Sponsor is not responsible for any citation or penalty arising from the installed film.
14. Gift cards. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions, and expiration policies of their issuers. Sponsor is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are given to a recipient, and will not replace them.
15. Roku, Igloo, Yukon, Wawa, Publix, and LLumar are trademarks of their respective owners. Those companies are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or in any way associated with this promotion, and they have not endorsed it.
16. Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be substituted for any other item by the recipient, except that a recipient may choose among the available gifts as described in these terms. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater retail value for any reason. 17. Each gift recipient is solely responsible for all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes arising from the gift, based on the retail value stated above for the gift received. Sponsor may be required to report the value of a gift to taxing authorities and may request a recipient’s name, address, and taxpayer identification number for that purpose.

General Terms

18. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a gift constitutes permission to use the recipient’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for broadcast, online posting, and/or in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
19. Sponsor is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, delay, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access relating to the promotion, or for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participation in the promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the promotion, including in the description or stated retail value of any gift.
20. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion or any portion of it for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures affect the proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the promotion in the event of natural disasters or acts of God.
21. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any provision of these terms.
22. Any promotion of this offer on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those companies.
23. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is not intended for gambling.
24. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS PROMOTION, OR THE GIFTS PROVIDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida will be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these terms or the promotion, and by participating, participants submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
25. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
26. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these terms and to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, shareholders, suppliers, distributors, advertising agencies, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by participation in this promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any gift, and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy located at https://www.hollerford.com/privacy.aspx.
